Wellness for thewhole household.

Iris is an AI wellness assistant that lives in your home: a calm voice, a quiet camera, and a screen that shows what she sees. She starts with guided yoga, and she keeps it kind.

How it works

Set it down. Say hello. Begin.

Iris lives on a shelf or the floor, in the middle of family life. There is nothing to wear and nothing to pair. She talks, and the camera does the watching.

1

Set it beside your mat

Put the Pod on a shelf or the floor, or prop up your phone for now. Anyone in the house can step in front of it.

2

Iris welcomes you

A warm hello and a short briefing on what to expect, and a reminder that you can go at your own pace, always.

3

Follow, and she guides

Today that means guided yoga: she names each pose, counts each hold, and gently says so if something's off. At the end, she tells you how it went.

A session: guided yoga

A calm voice, not a timer.

01 · HELLO

She says hello.

"Hi there, and welcome to Iris. I hope you're having a lovely day." A greeting first, because a practice should start like one.

02 · THE BRIEFING

She tells you what to expect.

Hold each pose for three. Move with your breath. Stand side-on so she can see you. Go at your own pace. Then, when you're ready, you begin.

03 · THE HOLD

You hold. She counts.

She names each pose, then counts it down: three, two, one. The moment the camera sees you in it, the count begins. If your arms could reach further, she says so, gently.

04 · THE TALLY

She keeps score, kindly.

Every round counts. She keeps two numbers: the rounds you finished with every pose in place, and the rounds you attempted. Both are worth having.

What's inside

A voice, a camera and a screen.

Small things, made to work together, and none of them in your way.

One calm voice

Every line is recorded ahead of time in the same warm voice, so she never stops to think and never sounds like a different person. More than a hundred ways to say the right thing.

A camera that watches shapes

It sees whether you're in the pose she asked for, and a few things a camera can really see: arms reaching, legs straightening, hips in line. It runs on the device, in your browser.

A screen that shows what she sees

Your movement drawn live, a big countdown you can read from across the room, and a tally of how it's going. Everything a glance away.

The Iris Pod

A screen, a speaker and a calm voice.

A display, a speaker and a camera in one soft shape, made for a shared home. The screen shows what she sees, with your movement drawn on it and the countdown big enough to read from across the room.

  • DisplayYour movement drawn live, the countdown and the tally.
  • VoiceWarm, unhurried, a little playful.
  • CameraOne small lens in the top edge.
  • Light barIdle, speaking, watching, counting.
  • StatusComing soon. The demo runs on your phone today.

Resting: a slow breathing light.

Honest limits

What she sees, and what she can't.

A camera can see shapes. It can't feel anything. Iris is a wellness guide, not a doctor and not a replacement for a teacher or a clinician.

What she looks at

  • Whether you're in the pose she asked for.
  • Arms overhead and reaching, legs straightening, hips in line in plank.
  • How long you've held it, so she can count it with you.
  • How many rounds you finished, and how many you started.

What she can't

  • How deep you go, how your weight sits, or how you're breathing.
  • Whether anything hurts. If it does, stop.
  • Whether an exercise suits your body. That's a question for you and your doctor.
  • She isn't listening yet: she can't hear you.

Questions

Before you roll out the mat.

Is Iris just for yoga?

Today, yes: guided yoga is what Iris does, and it's what you can try now. She's being built as a wellness assistant for the whole household, and we'll say so plainly as each new thing is ready, and not before.

Do I need to wear or set anything up?

No. Set the device up, stand where it can see you, and begin. There is nothing to wear and nothing to pair. For the best view of yoga, stand side-on to the camera.

Does my video go anywhere?

In the demo, no. The camera and the movement tracking run in your browser, on your device, and nothing is uploaded. The voice is a set of files downloaded once.

Can she hear me?

Not yet. She can't hear you, so if you need to stop, stop. Listening is something we may add later, and it will always be optional.

Is she a replacement for a teacher?

No. Iris is a wellness guide, not a doctor and not a teacher or clinician in the room. She can only see shapes, and she will tell you what she can’t see.

When can I get the Pod?

Soon. Today, the same Iris runs on your phone or laptop in the demo, and it is a good way to see whether you like her.

Roll out the mat.
